Marketing Coordinator – Southampton

I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation within the maritime and luxury yacht sector, who are looking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and business development teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing activities.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activities across the business. This includes managing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting both digital and print marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and develop marketing channels across digital and physical platforms
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency, including the development of marketing guidelines
  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams on events and promotional materials
  • Assist with the maintenance and ongoing development of company websites
  • Produce and manage a structured quarterly content plan
  • Create engaging written and visual content
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • Support data quality management within the company CRM system
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or a relevant qualification
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques
  • Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
  • Experience using website Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, alongside tools such as Photoshop and web-editing software
