Faststream is currently searching for a People Business Partner to join a largescale global shipping company for a 6 month fixed term contract in Hamburg.
This role will be to support both the UK and German regions in an all-round HR function, however with a particular focus on recruitment and employee support in their Hamburg office. With planned expansion, previous experience in HR will be required. You will need to have the experience to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders, line managers, organize all aspects of recruitment and assist with German employment contracts and employment law.
You will need to have the right to work in Germany for this role and have previous experience in a similar role, however this doesn't need to be within the shipping industry.
