The Role
This is a strategic leadership role focused on building global networks, enhancing offshore crew sourcing capabilities, and delivering effective recruitment solutions to meet evolving client demands.
You will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, playing a key role in talent acquisition projects and driving workforce strategies that support both scale and quality. As a leader, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and the long term development of our global talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute global recruitment strategies for offshore personnel
* Strengthen recruitment networks through partnerships, outreach, and branding
* Lead key crew sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely and compliant crew placement
* Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and refine recruitment practices
