Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day vessel operations including voyage execution and performance
- Coordinate with chartering teams, masters, agents, and counterparties to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor voyage performance, costs, and schedules
- Handle operational issues including port matters, claims, and documentation
- 5–10 years’ experience in dry bulk vessel operations
- Strong understanding of voyage operations and post-fixture processes
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Based in Hong Kong, or open to relocating to Hong Kong
