Faststream is currently recruiting for an experience Operations Manager to join a successful and expanding service provider in Hamburg.
This role will require someone who has previously worked in vessel operations and has a good understanding of the commercial aspect of the role. You will be giving voyage instructions to masters, dealing with claims and demurrage, port disbursements, charter parties, vessel appointment etc. You will ideally have worked within either the MPP/Projects sector and join an already experienced team.
You will be joining an established service provider to the projects sector and enjoy a flat hierarchy with a strong sense of trust in staff working autonomously. Everyone works closely and you will be joining an experienced team within the field.
