Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate with charterers and ship-owners regarding post-fixture activities.
- Support delivery issues, disputes, and claims between clients and ship-owners, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
- Contribute to round-the-clock coverage arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage loading and discharging procedures, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Support ship-chartering matters, including freight, demurrage, and laytime calculations, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive operational activity reports to the Head of Operations.
- Seeking a candidate with a Diploma/Degree and 1-5 years of relevant experience in the marine industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of charter parties, voyage orders, stowage plans, and ability to monitor vessel progress.
- Strong commercial acumen, proactive approach, and ability to work independently
