Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with clients, agents and overseas offices on shipments
- Provide support on the full spectrum of shipping process
- Monitor, guide and follow up with clients on their shipments
- Manage and resolve client complaints
- Ensure correct data entry and prompt closure of job files
- 1 to 3 years of experience in air and ocean freight
- Good knowledge of import and export
- Able to work independently and able to meet deadlines
