Job Description

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the functional organisation to achieve goals focused on both successful pre- contract-award phase activities as well as successful project contract execution. The development and management of our contracts and projects with our key customers and partners is essential to our success.
This new role reports to the Head of Contract Management and is primarily responsible for:

  • providing general administrative support to Contracts and Project Engineering Team including document management support,

  • supporting Contract Managers and Project Engineers in the effective preparation of bids and execution of projects,

  • providing administrative support for change control where necessary,

  • supporting Contracts and Project Engineering teams with regards to innovative and best practice administration standards,
