Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline, and may range from early-career to senior level.
You’ll be comfortable working with industry-standard design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD 2D, Rhino 3D, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and data are essential.

- Contribute to the conceptual development and design of new marine assets
- Support the identification and development of revenue-generating opportunities
- Assess project requirements and conduct technical and feasibility studies
- Assist with fleet condition assessments, inspections, and surveys
- Participate in vessel purchase and sale inspections as required
- Provide technical support for lay-ups and extraordinary projects
- Manage and oversee structural works during winter lay-up periods
- Administer fleet programs
- Support fleet operations through cargo reviews and evaluations
- Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures to meet or exceed regulatory requirements
- Respond to field and technical queries from operational teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to new and ongoing projects
- Produce detailed vessel designs, drawings, and calculations using specialist software
