The ideal candidate should also excel in designing innovative and efficient vessels while demonstrating proficiency in managing engine conversions and contributing to the development of floating supply units.
As a crucial member of the team, the successful candidate will serve as a technical advisor and collaborator for both the technology and sales departments. It is essential for this individual to possess strong negotiation skills and a proactive attitude, as they will be responsible for engaging with suppliers, shipyards, and participating in customer sales meetings.

- Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset, while maintaining a keen sense of budgeting and well-organized documentation.
- Demonstrates expertise in project management and a proven track record of success.
- Has extensive experience in budgeting, procurement, and maintaining document control.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical abilities and interpersonal aptitude to effectively engage with external customers.
- Proficient in the design, regulations, and rules pertaining to GAS vessels such as FSU/FSRU/FPSO and Wind.
- Sound understanding of machinery equipment and onboard systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Marine Machinery and Electrical Systems, as well as related practices.
- Advanced understanding of ship design and production processes, including the creation of production documentation.
- Possesses leadership qualities and possess exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Capable of making informed decisions.
- Well-versed in the entire design process, ranging from basic design to production design.
- Familiar with Classification and Statutory Rules and Requirements.
