Faststream are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to act in the capacity of Subject Matter Expert for a a heavy oil plant project.
The role will cover pre-FEED and FEED for a major Middle East client which is to be executed from our clients office in the UK. Candidates should have the following:
- Experience of working on conceptual studies and FEED’s Expert in the various different water treatment technologies including : Produced water treatment, Sewage treatment, Oil removal, H2S and CO2 removal.
- Knowledge of the following units is preferable: Reverse Osmosis, Demineralisation, Filtration, UV Units etc
- Strong communication skills including technical report writing
- Experience of work hour control on major projects.
This is an initial 12 month contract with the option of working on hybrid basis with 2 days from home. The role is expected to be outside IR35 subject to a final review.
