We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our client's ship repair sales and marketing efforts. In this key leadership role, you will drive business development strategies, manage client relationships, and take ownership of revenue growth in the marine and offshore sectors.

What you will do:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting and performance tracking
  • Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding sales targets for ship repair services
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow revenue and client base
  • Handle quotations, pricing strategies, and maintain the digital sales platform
  • Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to the company’s full range of services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch creative, targeted campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, partners, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain and expand a robust customer feedback database
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Your background:
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Marine or Offshore industry
  • Proven success in achieving revenue targets and leading commercial initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Strong digital literacy and knowledge of web-based marketing and social media tools
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
