We’re working with a leading maritime-focused organisation in their search for a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role across digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, and campaign delivery. This hands-on position sits at the centre of the marketing function, ensuring smooth execution of daily activity while contributing to broader strategic goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and gain valuable exposure to email marketing, SEO, paid media, analytics, and content production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing activity in line with strategic objectives
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
  • Manage the production and delivery of digital and physical marketing assets
  • Grow and manage the organisation’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
  • Assist in delivering multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid media and web
  • Support lead generation and contribute to pipeline development
  • Draft, edit and publish blogs, emails, landing pages and social content
  • Optimise on-page SEO to enhance search visibility
  • Track campaign performance and contribute insights to improve ROI
  • Gather and organise marketing data to guide strategy and reporting
  • Support internal marketing needs including presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate events and continuously refine event processes
  • Update website content via CMS platforms
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives
  • Provide general office coordination support as needed
  • Take on additional tasks aligned with evolving marketing and operational needs
Skills & Experience
  • Experience coordinating marketing activities and campaigns
  • Degree in marketing preferred
  • Highly organised with strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Familiar with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML
  • Working knowledge of SEO and social media management (especially LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of paid media tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
