We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Maritime Solution Architect with maritime engineering experience. You'll lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions that achieve significant carbon savings in the shipping and sea transport industry. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering the chance to address the unique needs of the maritime sector while meeting commercial expectations set across the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a maritime engineer to transition into software product management.

What do you need to be successful?
  • An innate curiosity and passion for problem solving.
  • Strong familiarity with onboard data and systems.
  • Minimum seafaring experience of a Second Engineer COC or shoreside experience as a Technical Superintendent / Technical Manager. 
  • A willingness to roll-your-sleeves up and get involved in a start-up mentality to get the job done. 

Bonus points if you have...
  • Knowledge of data analytical tools - Python, SQL or similar. 
  • The ability to detect insights and patterns using aforementioned tools. 
  • Experience in translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear, digestible documentation.
  • Experience delivering software using agile methodologies.
