We are actively seeking Maritime Operation Officers to join the Ambrey team, working in the operations and intelligence department, you will be play a vital role in providing routing advise in the response to intelligence alerts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing maritime specialist, who strive to be the most trusted industry.
Responsibilities:
- Complete voyage risk assessments.
- Review, advise and guide on vessel regional Best Management Practices (BMP), including route advice and vessel schedule administration.
- Provide incident support and dynamic re-routing as necessary.
- Be part of a team that maintains a 24/7 watch, ensuring the safety and security of our client’s assets and personnel.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or breaches, escalating as required and taking appropriate action to mitigate risk.
- Communicating directly with the Master in the event of an alert and providing relevant security and routing advice, advise an alternative route when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the watchkeepers and Guardian operations managers.
- Create/full shift handover documentation.
