Faststream are currently working with a large Shipping company that are looking to expand their IT Department with an IT Officer / IT Superintendent. The company is growing currently and is located in the Netherlands.
They are offering a negotiable salary for the right individual that has the right skill set to match their current need.
To be considered for the position you must have experience working with IT in the marine sector as you will be providing IT services to the fleet and the office staff.
You will attend regular visits to maintain all the company policies and help crew with any IT related issues.
Experience with MS Exchange, network equipment switches, access points, firewalls and HP/POE switches for phone and cameras will be necessary.
The company offers an excellent salary package, the ability to change and grow along with the needs of the businesses technology needs and to help be the fore front of these change within the business.
Some travel will be required in regards to vessel visits and you must speak English as well as have the existing right to live and work in the Netherlands/EU
