Faststream is partnering with a well-established international offshore services provider to appoint a Marine Superintendent supporting a fleet of OSVs/PSVs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured organisation with strong client partnerships and a global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe and efficient marine operations of a fleet of offshore support vessels (OSV/PSV)
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, flag state, and client requirements
- Act as a key point of contact between vessel, client, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor vessel performance, safety standards, and operational readiness
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct vessel inspections, audits, and ensure readiness for client inspections
- Support mobilisation and operational readiness for new projects and contracts
- Seagoing background as Master Mariner on OSV/PSV vessels
- Open to candidates transitioning from sea to shore
- Prior experience in a Marine Superintendent role is advantageous
- Strong understanding of offshore operations, client expectations, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with oil majors / offshore clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven approach
