Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient CSOV operations, technical condition, and compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW.
- Conduct vessel inspections, audits, and attend vessels at port/offshore.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, dry-dockings, and manage budgets.
- Provide technical support to Masters and crew; resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and cost control.
- Prepare performance and incident reports; lead investigations and audits.
- Promote continuous improvement and provide 24/7 emergency support.
- 5+ years' seagoing experience (Master/Senior Officer) and 2+ years as Marine Superintendent; CSOV/OSV/AHTS experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CSOV operations, DP systems, and offshore commissioning.
- Strong regulatory knowledge and valid STCW certification.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; ability to travel on short notice.
