- Ability to load, update, and modify software for electronic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Marine Electronics or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
