Your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of effective training programs for all staff, ensuring proper training for ship security matters, and maintaining a robust and compliant safety management system.
*Mandarin language is crucial for Role as position requires conducting of training for Chinese speaking staff and stakeholders*
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum 15 years of solid experience in Marine Safety, Audit, and Assurance within sizable multinational companies, preferably in maritime or shipping-related industries.
- Preference for Candidates with Sailing experience up to Master or Chief officer ranking with additional certifications in maritime safety and vetting.
- Has experience in Training and Development - developing, organizing, and conducting safety training programs for all levels.
- Have completed ISM & ISPS Code Training Course.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in marine operations and the development of best practices, with a focus on health, safety, security, and the environment.
