Marine Engine Technical Advisor (LTSA)
Faststream Recruitment has partnered a Leading Maritime Engine Marker to identify, engage and attract an experienced Marine Engine Technical Advisor (LTSA) to optimize, troubleshoot, issues or concerns of engine performance and provide a single point of contact for all technical related matters.
In this exciting position, you will be the single point of contact between customers on all technical matters and will liaise with other departments to ensure the customers' needs, concerns, and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner to minimise unplanned downtime and optimize engine performance and time between overhauls.
You will follow up on service reports, participate in regular customer meetings, provide technical support and assistance to other stakeholders, and cooperate and coordinate with other global offices.
To succeed in this role, you will need possess a strong understanding and experience of marine engine operations, maintenance, and technical expertise and advisory.
This would be an excellent role for a service engineer or team lead to step up into a more advisory and less "hands-on" position.
This role also provides a hybrid working arrangement.
