Division: Marine Operations | Department: Port Operations
Summary: This role is responsible for analysing and optimising port-related costs, services, and processes to support financial decision-making and enhance itinerary and deployment planning. It involves developing data-driven insights, improving tariff transparency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Port Operations, and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse port costs, identify savings, and implement cost-efficiency measures
- Lead budget planning and vendor contract negotiations
- Develop and present reports to provide transparency and support itinerary planning
- Support business cases, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
- Degree in Business, Logistics or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ maritime industry experience (cruise sector preferred)
- Strong financial and analytical skills; cost-conscious with procurement experience
- Proficient in MS Office 365; Power BI and MXP experience desirable
- Experience in reporting, presenting, and initial leadership preferred
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive, autonomous and results-driven
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Professionalism and reliability in all tasks
