Job Title: Manager Port Cost Analytics & Operations
Division: Marine Operations | Department: Port Operations

Summary: This role is responsible for analysing and optimising port-related costs, services, and processes to support financial decision-making and enhance itinerary and deployment planning. It involves developing data-driven insights, improving tariff transparency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Port Operations, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse port costs, identify savings, and implement cost-efficiency measures
  • Lead budget planning and vendor contract negotiations
  • Develop and present reports to provide transparency and support itinerary planning
  • Support business cases, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Logistics or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ maritime industry experience (cruise sector preferred)
  • Strong financial and analytical skills; cost-conscious with procurement experience
  • Proficient in MS Office 365; Power BI and MXP experience desirable
  • Experience in reporting, presenting, and initial leadership preferred
