What You’ll Do
  • Manage vessel schedules and coordinate deliveries with vessel agents and terminals
  • Ensure smooth operations by communicating with crews and troubleshooting in real-time
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as the key liaison between clients and operations
  • Support vessel movements with operations and engineering teams for maintenance and inspections
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree Required (Associate’s minimum, Bachelor’s preferred, Maritime Academy strongly preferred)
  • 1-2 years of logistics experience is preferred
  • Operational experience in the Maritime Industry (Preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
