They are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate responsibilities between supply chain department and legal department. Involved with project execution/project transaction.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts specifically, EPC contracts, service and supply chain contracts
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate M&A documents specifically, purchase agreements, JV agreements, shareholder etc for projects
- Communicate with external legal counsel
- Coordinate and work with internal departments and undertake general in house legal work
- Review and negotiate NDA’s
Qualifications:
- LL.B Honors degree from reputable university
- Professionally qualified in a common law jurisdiction
- Min 5-7 years PQE
- Experience knowledge of offshore industry, EPC contracts and project documentation
- Prefer experience from law firm and/or in house legal department within offshore or shipping industry
- Excellent teamwork and strong cross culture communication skills
