Job Summary:
As a Legal Counsel reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you'll join our Singapore-based Legal team. Your responsibilities include offering real-time legal guidance across various departments and offices in different jurisdictions. This involves handling a diverse range of shipping contracts and non-shipping matters.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years PQE, Singapore or English-qualified lawyer
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts
- Ability to communicate contractual principles clearly to both commercial and non-commercial teams
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Previous experience in a shipping company or maritime-focused legal team is essential
- Commercial contract experience is a plus
