Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a Shipbuilder to identify, attract and engage an experienced Legal Counsel/Manager.

Our client operated a fleet of OSVs, offering various services to the oil and gas industry, including platform support, transportation, and supply functions.
  • Advising and providing support on legal matters across range of internal and external transactions including corporate, commercial, banking and general advisory work
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of deal documentation and commercial contracts
  • Liaising with and instructing internal and external advisory teams to manage disputes and other complete transactions.
  • Working closely with the various departments within the company Group on joint ventures, tenders and commercial contracts, banking facilities and shipping-related work.
  • Good autonomy on various tasks including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, banking facility agreements and commercial contracts.
