Your new role:
- As a Key Account Officer, it will be your responsibility to ensure that customer orders are accurate and in line with quotations and order requirements
- You will be in regular communication with Key Account Coordinators, Suppliers, Customers as well as the Commercial and Operations Manager
- You will review customers’ requirements and resolve any contractual differences with the customer
- You will procure cost-effective goods or services and ensure on-time delivery by suppliers at the agreed price and to meet internal and external quality, safety, and certification requirements
- You will have excellent communication skills able to liaise with multiple parties internal and external
- You must have in the Maritime or Food industry
- You will be highly organised and structured with strong attention to detail
- You will have a good understanding of MS office packages including Excel
