Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading multinational company in the Ship supply chain work field to identify a Junior Stock Buyer for their Singapore operations.
You will be required to ensure that "Buy to Stock" (BTS) items are available on time, in the appropriate quantity & quality and at the negotiated price (trade agreements), based on PO management and replenishment programs, using minimum-maximum stock calculations, forecasting and stock turn analysis methodology.
You would have to work at Tuas with 5.5days work week on alternate Saturdays.
Purchasing experience in a supply chain management environment is preferred. Junior applications are welcome.
