Job Description:
As a Junior Quality Assurance Manager for Cruise Vessels, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and safety standards of our cruise operations. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving our quality management systems to ensure a world-class experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior quality assurance management to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to cruise vessels.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and educate crew members on quality and safety protocols, ensuring a strong culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Manage and investigate customer feedback and complaints to drive improvements in service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., maritime management, quality assurance, or a related discipline).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in the maritime or cruise industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
