Team is expanding in Singapore and looking for a Junior Associate/Legal Executive to join their transactional team. Ideally this person will have the relevant technical skills, experience in preparing and drafting documents and liaising with clients and third parties and have exposure to and interested in the marine and international trade sector.
Experience:
- 1-2 years PQE
- Singapore law or other common law qualifications accepted
- Understanding of cross border transactions involving shipowners, banks, brokers, investors and private equity houses
- Excellent diligence, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and good ability to prioritize important tasks
- Cooperative and collaborative in approach
- Team player
