As a Junior Account Manager, you will be managing the existing client base in terms of renewals, up-selling and cross-selling. You will be arranging and conducting telephone and in-person pitches to existing clients of all the products that are on offer.

  • Generating new leads via cold calling with the existing client base
  • Keep a record of all information on the CRM system
