Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading multinational company in the Bunkering space to identify a Crewing Executive for their Singapore operations.
The location is a 5 minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT Station.
You will be responsible for maintaining crew's personal records,training arrangements, checking crewing related documentation & invoices, coordinating crew changes & logistics, arranging interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging etc for seafarers and briefing seafarers on employment,policies and procedure; and being in charge of seafarers' licenses, permits, certificates and documentation.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications & has Marine/Maritime background. Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
