Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboard HR function, ensuring effective crew relations and compliance with company standards
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership and crew on HR matters including performance, training, and conduct
- Manage crew welfare programs, onboard orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with maritime labour conventions, company policies, and international regulations
- Act as a bridge between shipboard departments and shore-side HR support
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer onboard a cruise ship is essential
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, MLC compliance, and multicultural workforce management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, empathetic, and a strong communicator across all levels
- CIPD qualification or similar HR certification is highly desirable
- Will hold valid seagoing documents including STCW, C1D Visa and Seagoing Medical certificate.
- Will be available within the month of May 2025.
