Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Handle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Resolve HR-related issues and promote employee engagement.
- Oversee relocation procedures for international hires.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support Finance by handling administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
- Maintain a safe and compliant office environment.
- Stay updated on Singaporean legislation relevant to HR and office management.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain records for audits and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, office management, and finance administration trading commodities houses
- Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
