A dynamic and fast-growing commodity trading house based in the heart of Singapore. With a strong presence in the global commodities market. Is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Manager to join their team and help manage human resources and office operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with Singaporean legislation.


Roles & Responsibilities: 


Human Resources Management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Resolve HR-related issues and promote employee engagement.
  • Oversee relocation procedures for international hires.

Office Management
  • Oversee office facilities and ensure a well-organized and functional workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support Finance by handling administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant office environment.

Compliance
  • Stay updated on Singaporean legislation relevant to HR and office management.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain records for audits and inspections.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, office management, and finance administration trading commodities houses 
  • Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
