Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and coordinate multiple operational projects across crewing and training.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure successful, on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify priorities and define project objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact for project updates, reporting, and communication.
- Present regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows.
- Contribute to project governance by maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Support the rollout of best practices and change management processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk logs and decision registers.
- Track KPIs and report on project performance and departmental impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, HR, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in project management—ideally within the maritime or logistics industries.
- Understanding of crewing operations, maritime training, and compliance frameworks such as STCW and MLC is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Lean 6 Sigma qualifications highly preferred
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and Microsoft Office.
- Existing right to work within Cyprus
