One of our International Dry Bulk Client is looking for a Regional HR Manger to sit in the office in Singapore to ensure consistency with company corporate guidelines and polices.

Roles and responsibilities:
Employee Engagement 
Managing and implementing new strategic change initiatives as well as projects improvement  
Talent Management & Success Planning
Learning & Developing
Taking full ownership for the full HR Ops
Providing daily performance management guidance such as coaching and counseling

Potential Candidate:
with min 5 years of experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin - to communicate with APAC stakeholder
