We are assisting a client, who is a global shipping organisation with an established brand name, to hire a strategic HR Manager in Singapore.

To be considered, you will need to have proven successful records in developing and driving HR strategies, HR initiatives, continuous improvement across HR functions. Reviewing and proposing HR policies. Strong stakeholder management and HR business partnering experience. Experience in automating or digitalising HR functions will be an added advantage.

In this local role, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of seasoned HR staff who will be supporting you on the daily HR operations for the company's 200+ headcount. You will stay updated to changes to local labor regulations, review current HR practises and identify areas of improvement. Advising senior management on all HR matters, such as changes to labor regulations and impact to business. HR business partnering across the business and takes initiative to develop HR strategies aligning with business plans.
