Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with seagoing and onshore teams to understand their unique HR needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Provide expert advice on HR matters to seafaring and onshore personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, crewing, and succession planning for our seagoing workforce.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive overall HR excellence, supporting areas such as employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on seagoing operations in the maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of seafaring regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD or other relevant HR certification is a plus.
