HR and Crewing Manager

I am exclusively supporting a leading provider of offshore services who own and operate a large modern fleet of PSVs, AHTS and other offshore vessels. They have an exciting opportunity to bring on an HR and Crewing Manager to be based in Norway, Sandnes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the managing of the crewing department and the crewing of a pool of vessels. You will build relationships with the crew, identity issues and oversee the daily operations. A small potion of the role will be supporting the team with all HR related issues.

The ideal candidate will have:-

Fluent Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages is essential
Experience crewing vessels – knowledge of marine and sea faring certification is essential
Experience working in the offshore sector is desirable
Good people management experience
Ability to be based permanently in Sandnes for minimum 3 days per week
