I am currently working with a growing ship management client that is searching for a Head of Quality Assurance to join their management team. If you have Cruise experience working in Quality assurance this could be the position for you. 

Key Responsibilities;
  • Leading communication and providing effective support in working with Heads of Departments and shipboard management in ensuring the development and implementation of the Management System in compliance with Customers’ requirements, the international and national rules and regulations, ISM-Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, MLC 2006 and ISO 45001;
  • Devising and reviewing Management System procedures, promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement
  • Ensuring control of the Management System documentation;
  • Ensuring timely executions of internal and external audits, providing support and facilitation of the audits process, ensuring prompt analysis and follow up on any non-compliances;
  • Reporting to the Board on any matters affecting Quality Assurance, the performance of the Management System and including recommendations for improvement;
  • Ensuring the functionality of the Department in accordance with the Company Management System requirements and Customer’s expectations;
You must have previous cruise ship experience to be considered for this position as well as right to live and work in the EU
