Faststream is delighted to be working with a growing business based in Italy who are recruiting for a Group Crewing Manager this is an exciting role with a proactive and forward thinking company.
The role will be handling internal search and selection and outsourced crewing agencies for a fast paced global shipping company with international projects. You will take part in interview and selection processes and be accountable for ensuring company crewing policies and relevant industry regulations continue to be met. The role will handle a diverse multinational crew across a fleet of complex vessels.
To be considered for this role you will need to have extensive senior level crewing experience and a strong knowledge of self unloading dry cargo vessels and barge operations. Exposure to crewing on a global multi cultural scale across multiple agencies is also essential.
This role will offer the right candidate the chance to be both hands on and strategic within a growing team and company. You will be challenged on a daily basis and be s a critical part of the company's continued expansion.
