Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations for LNG SPAs (Sales and Purchase Agreements), tolling agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Identify and pursue LNG opportunities through market tracking and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor global LNG market trends, pricing, demand forecasts, and competitor activity.
- Develop pricing strategies to optimize margins and enhance competitiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with counterparties, suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Shipping, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of commercial experience in the LNG industry.
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions.
- Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
