We are recruiting for a General Manager to lead an experienced team at one of Florida's leading container and breakbulk terminals in the Port of Tampa, with exciting opportunities for expansion and growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership and management experience in marine terminal operations, capable of managing a large workforce, whilst focusing on customer relations and developing business with existing and future clients.
You will have overall responsibility for the administration, including compliance of certifications, operation and commercial running of the terminal and it's facilities.
Representing the company to the highest standards you will need to develop strong relationships with the company's customers, the Port Authority, all other corporate relations and regulatory authorities.
You will be tasked with developing and implementing methods for improvement of productivity at all levels with the management team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone capable of developing and expanding the potential that the existing facility has into a world class terminal.
You will require the right to work in the US, via citizenship, Green Card or alternative valid work visa.
