You will be responsible for ensuring all MLC applications and renewals are completed and any non-compliances are addressed. You will support the Fleet Training Compliance and Systems Manager with the development of this part of the business including digitilisation alongside this you will also help conduct audits of internal and external training providers ensuring company standards are met and maintained. You will be a key part of the team providing support to many parts of the Northern Marine Group this is a diverse role with lots of different aspects and responsibilities that will provide the successful candidate with a different challenge every day and the opportunity to grow and develop.
