Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular financial audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify areas of financial risk and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay updated with relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and systems.
- Support external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on financial analysis techniques and audit procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on audit and financial analysis in relevant industry.
- Proven experience in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
