Ongoing:
- Collaborate with the Expedition Director on strategies and implementations.
- Develop staffing plans for operational regions and itineraries.
- Conduct staffing interviews for new guides.
- Communicate effectively with all guides, providing updates and pertinent information.
- Manage staff and Discovery equipment inventories.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to provide suitable guides for print and Social Media content.
- Oversee the implementation of Discovery SOPs.
- Conduct online information and training webinars for all staff.
- Collaborate with the Expedition Director on the selection of Discovery Leaders and specialized staff.
- Manage the onboard Discovery Academy.
- Oversee the staffing review and feedback program.
- Manage Water Sports staffing for ocean vessels.
- Hire Water Sports personnel for vessels.
- Oversee the implementation of Water Sports SOPs for ocean vessels.
- Assist the Expedition Director with the development of Discovery Day locations.
- Oversee the Discovery team and equipment transition into Hybrid mode operations.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in outdoor programming and management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Expedition Cruising in polar and warm water environments
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
