Faststream is recruiting for an Executive Pastry Chef to join a leading and internationally recognised cruise line. The client offers an exceptional opportunity for a senior pastry professional with strong shipboard experience to lead and develop pastry operations across multiple outlets, delivering world-class products in a high-volume environment.

The role offers:

Salary from $6,400 per month, based on experience
4 months on / 2 months off rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:

Previous shipboard experience (essential)
Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader in high-volume operations
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
Excellent knowledge of modern pastry techniques and presentation standards
High standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
Availability to join in line with operational requirements
