Faststream is recruiting for an Executive Pastry Chef to join a leading and internationally recognised cruise line. The client offers an exceptional opportunity for a senior pastry professional with strong shipboard experience to lead and develop pastry operations across multiple outlets, delivering world-class products in a high-volume environment.

The role offers:
  • Salary from $6,400 per month, based on experience
  • 4 months on / 2 months off rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:
  • Previous shipboard experience (essential)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader in high-volume operations
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent knowledge of modern pastry techniques and presentation standards
  • High standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
  • Availability to join in line with operational requirements
