Faststream is recruiting for a Pastry Sous Chef to join a leading and internationally recognised cruise line. The client offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastry professional to bring their creativity, technical skill, and leadership to a highly successful cruise brand that is renowned for excellence in guest experience and dining standards.

The role offers:
  • Salary from $3,500 per month, based on experience
  • 6 months on / 2 months off rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:
  • Shipboard experience (preferable but not essential)
  • Proven experience in high-volume pastry production
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High standards in food presentation, quality, and hygiene
  • Availability to join in line with operational requirements
