As an Engineer & Trainer your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various training programs, including web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, and training videos.
- Assess the training requirements and needs of an organization or group by consulting with all stakeholders.
- Deliver both virtual and face-to-face training sessions, or contracts with qualified trainers to conduct training programs.
- Ensuring that the training courses are kept within budget.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding training plans and evaluate their satisfaction upon completion of training courses.
- Provide technical support to customers as a support desk engineer.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and devise strategies for implementation.
- Ensure alignment and prioritisation of cases in the corporate case management system, provide structured fault analysis to resolve customer issues, and maintain knowledge of relevant products at an appropriate level.
- Escalate technical concerns via the scoring process and keep management informed. Develop thorough product understanding to satisfy customer inquiries.
- Provide technical assistance both in pre and post-sales environments.
- Occasional onsite interventions are required to assist dealers and end users in product development, issue identification, quality and design concerns, and training/dealer development visits.

- Must have proficiency in working with Electrical, Mechanical, and RF equipment.
- Strong proficiency in the English language both verbal and written.
- Experienced in communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
- Knowledgeable and demonstrated interest in communication, electronics, and IT.
- Willing and able to travel.
- Electromechanical or RF education or equivalent experience and training essential.
- Knowledge of essential test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Multimeters, and Oscilloscopes.
- Full driving licence required.
