Job Title: Document Controller 
Location: Liverpool

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in compiling tender packages when necessary.
  • Contribute to quality assurance/quality control of project documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement process by managing purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Compile and prepare project workpacks, including supervisor packs.
  • Control and issue all project-related documents, ensuring consistent presentation.
  • Format documents for client submission.
  • Generate and maintain Master Document Registers.
  • Issue transmittal documents and record document transactions with clients.
  • Liaise with clients during procedure drawing.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet project requirements as needed.
  • Log and file Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
  • Log purchase requisitions.
  • Maintain the management system.
  • Manage project documentation effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication across the company.
  • Organize and maintain project files in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Revise company documents as required.
  • Assist various departments by completing requests, searches, and queries.
  • Input data accurately into the relevant systems.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the Master Document Register.
